MOSCOW, Jun 23 (PRIME) -- Instagram will launch on Wednesday in Russia short video service Reels, which helps users create and edit videos up to 30 seconds, and a special sticker to add music to the Stories, Yekaterina Kudrina, manager for communications at Facebook in Central and East Europe, said late on Tuesday.
“From June 23, the Russian users of Instagram and Facebook will get access to the long-awaited music functions – Reels and music,” Kudrina said.
She said Reels is a new function and users will be able to make videos with augmented reality and the green screen effect, among others.
